We offer a 30-Day Free Returns on all our items. All return requests must be processed within 30 days of original purchase receipt. We must receive the item back for inspection prior to issuing a refund.

Applicable Conditions

• Products identified and purchased as New Products must be returned in their original packaging. The removal of a Product from an original manufacturer’s packaging or tampering with any factory seals will void any refund or return request.
• All security seals shall be in an unmodified state and must match our records.
• Any item that is altered without prior consent from supplier will void the warranty and will not be eligible for refund.
• Freight order returns under buyer’s remorse do not qualify for original shipping cost refund.
• Undeliverable orders that have been returned to our facility are subject to a refund less a 20% service fee if they are unclaimed within 7 days of customer contact. If the buyer wishes to ship the order to a different address, they will be responsible for the full cost of shipping prior to re-sending the item.
• Freight orders that are prepared for shipment and cancelled are subject to a 20% service fee.
