  • Free Returns

    If you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (if the product is undamaged). You can extend your return period to 45 days by creating a free account with NRI.

    Free returns only apply to the following scenarios for NO (New Without Factory Packaging) and U (Used) items only:

    • The item is not as described or represented.
    • The item doesn't work.
    • The item is damaged during shipping.
    • For back-ordered items, we fail to meet our quoted lead time.

    Free returns are not applicable (buyer is responsible for return shipping costs) to the following scenarios:

    • Buyer’s remorse.
    • The item does not fit your application.

    Additional Conditions

    • Items described as "New" condition must be received back in original packaging. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging or tampering with factory seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
    • Security seals must be intact, and numbers must match our records in order for the item to qualify for a refund.
  • What do I do if I receive damaged goods?

    We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if you've received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer service team at 888-995-9813 or email us at commerce@nriparts.com. We will do all we can to remedy the situation, either by sending a replacement item or by refunding your order, and we’ll help you to return the damaged item at our expense.

  • Make a Return from "My Account"

    Log in to your account, visit your Purchase Orders, click “Request Return” next to the order and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll email you a printable shipping label and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number right away. The return will be noted in your account so you can track it.

  • Guest Checkout Returns

    If you do not have an account with NRI, you can submit a return request here and follow the on-screen instructions. You can extend your return period to 45 days by creating a free account with NRI.
