What do I do if I receive damaged goods?
We work hard to ensure that all items are received in good condition, and if you've received a damaged item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We will do all we can to remedy the situation, either by sending a replacement item or by refunding your order, and we’ll help you to return the damaged item at our expense.
Make a Return from "My Account"
Log in to your account, visit your Purchase Orders, click “Request Return” next to the order and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll email you a printable shipping label and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number right away. The return will be noted in your account so you can track it.
