Guarantee and Refunds

  • The item is not as described or represented.*
  • The item doesn't work.**
  • The item is damaged during shipping.*
  • For back-ordered items, we fail to meet our quoted lead time.

If any of these situations apply to your order, we will exchange the item if possible, or issue you a full refund.

  • Buyer's remorse.
  • The item does not fit your application.

* Buyer is responsible for original shipping costs. For freight orders, buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs including original and return shipping.

Some basic Rules about our Return Policies:
  • Items described as "New" condition must be received back in original packaging. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item for a refund.
  • Do not tamper with our security seals. Security Seals must be intact and numbers must match our records in order for the item to qualify for a refund.
  • You must contact us within 30 Days of receiving the item if you intend to return the items.
  • Transactions outside of the 30 Day limit are not eligible for refunds.
