How to Make Offers

Only make offers on items that you are seriously considering purchasing. Once your offer is accepted, a sales order is generated and your invoice will be created.
You can make offers on multiple products. As always, we will do our best to save shipping costs by combining multiple items into one order.
Until an offer is accepted, the item remains available for purchase and can be bought by anyone. The item will also be open to competing offers; and the highest offer will be accepted. We recommend submitting your best offer to ensure you win the item.
The Offers Team does its best to respond to offers in a timely manner. Typical turn-around time for an offer is 48 hours.
