I need my part overnight! Can you do it?
You bet! Contact us prior to placing your order (Cut off time is 4:00PM EST) if it's an emergency, and we'll get it out the door the same day. We offer guaranteed expedited shipping options with UPS domestically and FedEx internationally. In the event of your expedited order not delivered on time, you will receive a full refund of shipping cost.
Can I pick up my item?
Most definitely! All customers who are picking up their order must check in at the main office door #2. All customers must wait in the front area behind the yellow line for safety and must be escorted anywhere else in the facility by an NRI employee. All customers must provide photo ID along with a copy of their invoice or sales record.
All Customer pick-up orders have a 24 hour picking and packaging period from the time of purchase. Rush Pick-Ups are subject to a $25.00 USD fee for orders equal to or less than $200.00 USD and a $15.00 USD fee for orders over $200.00 USD. The rush pick-up cut off time is 2:00PM EST. All orders are subject to cancellation without notice and a re-processing fee if not picked up within 7 days from the time of purchase.
Where is my item?
Login to your account and check your order status. We process orders within the same business day. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number is attached to your order status. We will constantly keep you updated on your order status via email.
Who do you ship with?
All our parcels are shipped daily Monday-Friday through USPS and UPS because of their reliable service, trustworthy package tracking system and express service options. All international orders are shipped through FedEx.
How do freight shipments work?
For freight shipments we use our most trusted carriers to provide you with the best possible freight quotes. Due to the amount of volume we move with transport companies, we are offered very good incentives, and we forward these savings to you!
You are of course more than welcome to arrange your own shipping. Simply inform us that you will be arranging your own shipping, and be sure to send us all necessary documents (BOL and Commercial Invoice) to facilitate the shipping process. We'll make sure your shipment is ready to go.
We always palletize, strap and shrink wrap and label all shipments to avoid damages.
Can I use my own account for collect shipping?
Sure you can! We can ship collect on your UPS or FedEx account. Be sure to provide us with your account number and shipping method along with your order details.
A note on shipping...
There are restrictions on some international destinations which we are unable to ship to.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All orders are shipped from our main warehouse located in Delta, Ohio.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
All orders that require an address correction due to an undeliverable address are subject to a $20 fee.
RTS (Return to seller) orders are subject to a 20% fee
