Free Domestic Shipping
No shipping cost is charged to customers within the United States for standard ground delivery for items under 120 lbs (actual or dimensional). Any item over 120 lbs is subject to freight cost depending on weight and destination address.
Shipping Partners
We utilize UPS, FedEx, and a variety of carriers for LTL shipments with full insurance. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Expedited Shipping
Next Day Air shipping is available Monday–Friday before 4pm (EST). NRI offers Saturday delivery upon request at an additional charge.
Expedited orders only ship on business days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you have any questions, call customer service at 888-995-9813.
Customer Freight Carrier & In Person Customer Pickups
All Customer pick-up orders have a 24-hour picking and packaging period from the time of purchase.
Same-Day pickups are subject to a non-refundable $25.00 USD fee for orders equal to or less than $200.00 USD and a non-refundable $15.00 USD fee for orders over $200.00 USD. The rush pick-up cut off time is 2:00PM EST. All orders are subject to cancellation without notice and a re-processing fee if not picked up within 7 days from the time of purchase.
Collect Shipping on Customer Account
We can ship collect on your UPS or FedEx small package account (freight excluded). Be sure to provide us with your account number and shipping method along with your order details.
International and P.O. Box Orders
NRI accepts orders to all international destinations (excluding sanctioned countries) via UPS Worldwide and FedEx international Services.
NRI is not responsible for any duties, taxes, and other clearance charges (in addition to the transportation cost) for international shipments.
NRI can ship to P.O. Box addresses via USPS only.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. All orders that require an address correction are subject to a $20 fee.
RTS (Return to seller) orders are subject to a 20% fee
